Upon receiving your instruments, they are professionally inspected. Are any of them cracked, life worn, pitted, broken or rusted? With years of training our experienced technician inspects your instruments under magnification to search for all such things to ensure your instruments are always ready and safe to use. Anything that cannot be repaired is separated, so you know which instruments are unsafe and require replacing.

With over twenty years of mechanical experience, and over a decade of experience sharpening surgical instruments, we started this business in 2015 because we recognized that we possess the skills, knowledge, and resources to help the industry. Our extensive knowledge combined with our ability to maintain and repair your equipment to OEM spec will translate into time saved, money saved, and a happier staff.
When it comes to your hygienist instruments, it can take many hours out of your day to sharpen them by hand. It is highly frustrating to get the angles right, and even brand new scalers can be easily destroyed by sharpening incorrectly. We use specialized wheels to gently put a new edge on each instrument, and then bring it to a highly polished finish. We return them to you looking like new, and sharper than ever!
We have many years of experience sharpening hygienist instruments, but that's not all we do. We also repair chisels, rongeurs, knives, elevators, needle holders (re-inserting them with new tungsten carbide jaws) and re-aligning forceps, aspirators, and explorers. The list goes on and on!
